MAY 2 – Arrive at Rockbridge between 3:00-6:00 p.m. EDT
MAY 5 – Departure will be between 11:00 AM and 12:00 p.m. EDT
MAY 7– International staff depart
flight guidelines
We will provide airport shuttles for anyone flying into and out of Washington Dulles (IAD) airport on May 2, May 5, and May 7.
Rental car costs will NOT be eligible for reimbursement.
May 2 – Flights should arrive no later than 2:00 PM at Washington Dulles (IAD).
May 5 – Flights should depart after 4:00 PM from Washington Dulles (IAD).
May 7– For International staff, flights should depart after 10:00 am EDT from Washington Dulles (IAD)
*Alternative airports are available (Roanoke, Charlottesville, Richmond). If you select one of these airports, you will be responsible for arranging your own ground transportation at your own cost.
Travel reimbursement
Flights need to be booked no later than March 15 for full reimbursement.
Flights booked between March 16 and May 1 will be reimbursed at half the total cost.
